Natural Folklore Wreaths + Centerpieces

Come learn about native plants and build a unique, all-natural holiday centerpiece or wreath that tells your family’s story!

Join us for a walking tour of our 47 acre sustainable farm (including visiting with goats, piglets, chickens, ducks, and more!) to collect a diverse assortment of native grasses, trees, and shrubs. As we walk you’ll learn about the folklore, myths, and traditional uses for dozens of plant species and collect the ones that best represent the hopes and values you want to bring to your table or hang on your door and invite into your new year!

The resulting centerpieces and wreaths will be great conversation pieces and give participants a chance to connect with native plants in ways they may never have before! There’s a lot of fascinating stuff to learn— like which tree ACTUALLY protects against lighting strikes, which grasses were historically used as candles, what smell releases guilt, and so much more!

Plus they make thoughtful personal gifts!
